The foundation hosts workshops and qualifications for the purpose of training and improving the technical capacity of expressway inspection and diagnostic engineers.
*Two of the qualifications in this system, the "Expressway Inspection and Diagnosis Technician (Civilengineering)" and the "Expressway Inspection Engineers (Civilengineering)" are registered in the bridge field (steel bridges, concrete bridges) and tunnel field, as per the "Rules for the registration of technical qualicications that contribute to the quality assurance of public works design and studies (2014 Ministry of Land, Infrastructure Transport and Tourism notification No. 1107".)
